Shipping Information:
Orders are usually processed within 72 hours after being placed.
Once the payment clears, orders are usually shipped within 1-3 days.
Delivery times take from 5-7 business days for UPS ground service, unless specified otherwise.
An order cannot be canceled once it is placed.
Customers are 100% responsible to be available for whenever a delivery is made.
If a customer misses the delivery and the order is returned, shipping costs will not be refunded and customer must pay for reshipment.
If a customer does not request reshipping and the order is replaced back into stock, then the customer is billed a 20% restocking fee plus any delivery and shipping charge, minus the initial payment.
Tracking information will be e-mailed to customer as soon as an order is shipped.
Return Policy
To qualify for a 100% refund or credit, comply with the following steps:
Merchandise must be returned within five (5) days after it is received by customer.
An e-mail detailing the following must be sent to customerservice@galure.com within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise: Customer #, Invoice #, Sales Order # or PO#, date, Style #, sizes and quantity. If the reason for return is Customer error (20% restock fee applies, with no shipping credit for original order) such as wrong item, size or quantity ordered then merchandise will be reshipped at customer expense.
A copy of the invoice must be place inside return box with a note requesting a refund back to your payment method. Your Authorization number located at the bottom of your invoice or which will be provided via e-mail from Galure, must be clearly written under your return shipping label in 1" size.
We reserve the right to refuse the return for any reason past the expiration date of 5 days or without an authorization number on the box or without an invoice inside the box.
The following rule will be strictly enforced.
No credit will be given for any shipping and handling.
NO DAMAGE OF ANY KIND WILL BE ACCEPTED - such as sun-fading, finger prints, hanger marks, perfume, smoke or cosmetic smell, writing on hand tags, worn or washed items, ink pens, markers, tapes, etc. Items will be returned at customer expense.
MERCHANDISE MUST BE RETURNED IN THE EXACT WAY IT WAS RECEIVED. All original tags, bags, wrappings, display boxes, shoe and boot boxes, hangers, etc. must be returned as new.
Merchandise that does not meet the above standards will not be credited or processed and the sender will have to pay shipping charges in advance to have the box returned.
No returns on closeout items. All sales final.
Uncalled for merchandise will be discarded after 30 days.
All returns must be received within 5 business days from the date the return was issued.
Order Change/ Cancellation:
Please notifying us immediately of an order change or cancellation. You may request an order change or cancellation by e-mailing us at customerservice@galure.com as long as the order has not been processed for shipping.
Backorders:
If a product in your order is not in stock, we will not hold the rest of your order until the item is available. We will backorder the item that is not in stock & ship the available items. Backorders are shipped automatically once the product becomes available, unless we notify you otherwise. Your credit card will not be billed for an item that is not in stock.
Damages:
All of our packages are inspected for damage before they are shipped. We do not cover any physical damage that your item may incur in transit. Please contact us immediately if your package has been damaged in transit. We must be informed of all shipping related claims within 24 hours after the date of receipt.
Refunds will not be issued for returns of damaged merchandise. A product that was discovered damaged upon receipt will be replaced with the same model/product only.
Deviations from this policy may result in a 20% returns processing service charge.
If a product you receive is damaged in transit, please follow these instructions:
Note any damages on the receipt.
Refuse the shipment if possible so that it may be returned for freight claim processing.
For partially or concealed damaged shipments, note damage on receipt & if possible refuse damaged item. The shipping contents, cartons, & packing should be kept in the same condition as received.
Some shipping cartons do occasionally sustain some damages during transit. Don't refuse the package if you notice damage to the box. Remove the box & inspect the actual merchandise for physical damage before signing acceptance for the delivery. Inspect merchandise for physical damage (inspect merchandise frame/screen etc. for any cracks, markings etc).
Defective product must be in original factory carton with all original packing materials.
All materials such as manuals, accessories & cables must be included. Any missing materials will be billed to your account accordingly.
The RA number must be written on the shipping label. Do not write on product carton.
Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received without an RA number, freight collect, or has not been approved for a return or in any way does not meet the above criteria will be refused.
Return Authorization numbers are good for five (5) days only. Any products returned after the expiration date will be refused.
If the item is found to be non-defective, an inspection fee of at least $25, or 15% per unit, will be billed to your account.
We do not reimburse any return shipping costs.
Any deviation from our return policies will result in the item being returned to you with no credit issued.
Change in Shipping Address:
Once an order has been placed and processed, the shipping address cannot be changed. The existing order may be cancelled if it hasn't been processed for shipping.
Pricing:
In spite of our best efforts to advertise our prices appropriately, some items may be advertised incorrectly due to a typographical error. Galure reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order for an item that was priced incorrectly. Whether the order has been charged, confirmed or shipped.
Orders Refused:
Customer will be charged a 20% Returns Processing Charge for refused orders in addition to all freight charges. Unless this charge is paid, no future orders will be shipped.
Discrepancies:
Once merchandise is received, customers have 2 business days to e-mail & notify us at customerservice@galure.com as to any discrepancies.
